ABOUT THE BRAND

We are an Australian owned and operated Melbourne-based event wear brand with a global presence. With boutiques located across Melbourne, we are dedicated to delivering a personalised styling experience to all clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a customer experience demonstrating a strong sense of sales/styling skills whilst developing new client relationships and maintaining existing.
- Rostering, recruitment, performance management, staff development.
- Visual merchandising, stock control, and maintenance of store presentation at all times.
- Sales and stock reporting.
- Showcase a keen eye for styling and in-depth product knowledge.
- Drive sales personally and for all staff in line with weekly/monthly budgets and KPI’s.
- Engagement with colleagues and clients contributing to a positive, fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Retail management experience essential with a fashion background essential (2 years minimum)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in other locations throughout the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Location for Store Manager: Emporium Melbourne CBD

**Salary**: $58.00 - $65.00 per year

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
