​Style State is a leading Australian fashion wholesaler with a reputable history of over 30 years. We stock Australia wide and globally to several thousand stockists including well known online retailers such as Showpo, Petal & Pup, City Beach and Charcoal Clothing, to name a few.

We are a rapidly expanding team with strong company core values and a focus on redefining our industry within the wholesale fashion landscape. We are currently looking for a passionate sales person to join our dynamic Wholesale team to help execute the company's strategy and drive the brand forward in business-to-business sales.

Our company aims to build great company culture and focuses on rewarding our team for high performance by offering generous weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses/incentives. Annual base salary (based on experience) plus Superannuation plus unlimited bonus paid out weekly when weekly target is achieved. On average potential of earning up to $ added to weekly wage (amounts to $10k potential annual bonus). In addition, we also offer achievable monthly team bonuses and yearly bonuses as well as the following benefits:

The position is available for full time only at our Collingwood showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, with parking spot available and convenient transport options nearby.

About the role

  • Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
  • Providing excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
  • Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
  • Sending personalised text and email recommendations
  • Responding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on orders
  • Processing orders and creating invoices
  • Providing feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
  • Merchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displays
  • Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
  • Possesses excellent communication and people skills
  • Has the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
  • Proven sales experience
  • Be self- motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude

You are required to have at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within wholesale.
