What you'll be doing

  1. Design seasonal collections from concept to completion
  2. Provide personalized styling and service for private/custom-order clients, contributing to sales growth
  3. Steam, iron, and organize garments to maintain presentation standards
  4. Assist with seasonal product display and in-store merchandising transitions
  5. Support backstage preparations for fashion shows, including garment organization and model coordination
  6. Participate in updating and maintaining the brand's website content, including product uploads and design descriptions
  7. Collaborate with pattern makers, suppliers, and production teams to bring designs to life
  8. Research trends, fabrics, and market needs to inform design strategy
  9. Work closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure brand consistency

What we're looking for

  1. Strong fashion design skills and ability to work independently
  2. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Clo3D, AI software
  3. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of style and trend awareness
  4. 5 + years of relevant experience
  5. Comfortable working directly with clients and backstage at events
  6. Bonus: Strong portfolio or active fashion social media presence
