- Full Time position based in Winston Hills/Macquarie Park (hybrid options possibly available after training).
- Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people? We are looking for an outstanding Customer Engagement Officer (known internally as In-Take Home Care) to provide excellent service to prospective new clients and their families. You will ensure all incoming calls and referrals are monitored and actioned promptly, and handled in alignment with our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence. You will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Aged Care is preferred.
- As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will:
- Establish trust with prospective clients- Guide clients through various Aged Care Services - government websites and portals- Have a comprehensive knowledge of Anglicare's products and services (training on will be provided)- Recommend services and products tailored to the client’s needs- Ensure exceptional customer service through the various channels- Ensure a seamless client experience from sales intake to consultation- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team- Clear and concise written, and verbal communication
- About You:
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent- Previous experience in Home Care/Community Sector- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships and demonstrated customer service skills- Knowledge of Government subsidised aged care services- Strong commitment to making a difference for older Australians
