Customer Relations Officer
- Based in Macquarie Park with WFH options, short walk from Metro Stn

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our busy sales and service centre

If you have a confident phone manor, clear communication skills and ability to guide our potential new customers through the sales journey, we want to hear from you.

In this phone based position you will manage enquiries from prospective clients and their families approaching aged care for the first time, liaise with referrers from hospitals and internal stakeholders. For our new potential clients and their families, this can be a nerve racking and sometimes overwhelming time in their lives, your patient, empathetic and diligent approach together with your exceptional customer service and communication skills, will assist in your success.

**Ability to type accurate detailed records whist on the phone and navigate multiple data bases is essential to be considered for this position.**

Your days will include;
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective aged care and independent living residents and their families in relation to general enquiries, financial and contractual arrangements
- Proactive management of enquiries & leads to improve conversion rates
- Supporting Residential Managers in achieving maximum occupancy for Residential Aged Care Homes
- Provide detailed information and support to internal & external stakeholders
- Update and manage CRM systems

This role would suit someone who has worked within a busy call centre environment or aged care, healthcare provider or related organisations in an admission, sales or customer service or role.
- You will bring a strong customer service focused approach and have the ability to foster and build relationships, assertively guide and manage customer expectations and follow up.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), proficient multi-tasking typing and call handling, and interpersonal skills and a solution focused approach is essential.
- You will work autonomously as part of a small supportive and friendly team
- Proven experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar will be advantageous.
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisation is essential
