
Expense Management Analyst

Cameo Global, a New Era Technology is looking for a full-time Expense Management Analyst with 2-4 years' experience in a similar role who will be supporting the IT team in delivering IT Asset Management services locally and for supported metro, regional and international locations.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Create allocation and accrual journal entries
- Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform accounting closing duties with a special focus on IT Services, as a Service, IT Telecoms, Storage Services and Cloud Services.
- Coordinate reconciliation of sub ledger accounts and general ledger
- Provide and support appropriate levels of reviews and oversight for activities performed by offshore associates
- Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks
- Confirm and abide by all internal procedures, policies and regulatory guidance
- Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
- Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Ability to utilize independent judgment in establishing the accuracy and reasonableness of information
- Ability to work cordially with people of different backgrounds and levels in the organization
- Must be customer friendly and focused with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to successfully resolve and manage conflict.
- Well organized, exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment.
**Qualifications / Work Experience**:
- 3+ year of experience working in a similar role
- Finance or Accounting Tertiary qualification
**Additional Skills / Experience**:
- 2nd language is a plus but not mandatory. Preferred to be Mandarin, but any 2nd language is a plus
**Work Status / Hours**:
- Full Time position, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
