The client is a leader in the energy sector dedicated to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions. With a rich history and a forward-thinking approach, they pivoting towards the renewables sector and with this comes a need to expand their Project Management Office. A detailed oriented PMO Analyst that has a passion for the energy industry is required as a first step. This analyst role will be vital in ensuring seamless project execution and contribute to the growth of a cleaner, more efficient future.

**The Role**
- **Project Oversight**: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are on track, adhering to timelines, and aligned with strategic goals.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilise your analytical skills to gather and interpret project data, providing insights to optimize project performance.
- **Resource Allocation**: Assist in allocating resources efficiently, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and well-equipped.
- **Financial Tracking**: Contribute to financial tracking, monitoring budgets, expenses, and variances to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process enhancement, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role (within the energy sector is a bonus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
