What's the role?

As Senior Manager Expense Analytics, you'll lead and deliver meaningful insights that shape how we manage costs across the Group. You'll work closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and business partners to drive smarter decision-making, uplift financial capability, and strengthen our financial control environment. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with flexibility to support how you work best.

What do I need?

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a sharp commercial mindset. Ideally, you'll have:

  • CPA or CMA qualification, with a solid foundation in accounting principles
  • Strong experience in FP&A or a similar role
  • Exposure to the banking or financial services sector (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to lead through influence—mentoring and guiding others while owning a portfolio of work
  • Confidence working with tools like TM1 and Power BI, and applying a strong risk lens to your analysis
