We are currently looking to fill a few positions:
Experienced Cafe manager/Barista, 2IC and Cafe baristas allrounders.

**Qualifications & experience**

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of employment experience ideally with specialty coffee.
- Able to adjust the grinders, scale and produce excellent coffee.
- Good latte art skills.
- RSA certificate -an advantage.
- Great customer service skills and can do attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience in taking customer orders and serving food and drinks,
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day (ideally both).
- Positive attitude and good team player.
- **For manager/2IC position** 2 years experience in managing and leading a team in a cafe environment..this includes, rostering, ordering, hiring, budget control and assuring smooth operation of the business.

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
