Barista Wanted – Join the TwoFives Café Team

Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional café experiences? TwoFives Café is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with efficiency and care
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning coffee station
  • Deliver warm, friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support both front-of-house and back-of-house during peak hours

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced café or similar environment
  • Confident using commercial espresso machines with a solid grasp of coffee-making techniques
  • Latte art skills are a bonus – or a willingness to learn
  • Friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a rotating roster
  • Availability on weekdays and at least one weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $28.00 per hour
