Systems Support Officer

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The Systems Support Officer is responsible for providing functional support to end users of Mercy Health Home Care Services Client Management system (Currently Carelink+). This role sits within the Homecare Business System team, is highly business focused providing a great opportunities for an existing IT professional or someone who is currently in a homecare role, who might like to take the next step. Responsibilities include responding to and resolving systems queries and escalating common themes, participating in testing, training, database and system maintenance functions, data gathering and project/management team support.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience with Carelink+ or relevant Home Care Client Management software is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, prioritise and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Previous experience in business systems support and maintenance role or maybe you’re a current Carelink+ end user expert and would like to take the next step?
- Previous testing and system training experience highly regarded
- Crystal reports/SQL or BI experience highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are desirable
