**ABOUT THE ROLE: Team Leader HR Services**

**Summary of the role**:

- Responsible for leading the HR Services administrators to deliver quality customer service and execution of day to day HR transactional activities across the employee lifecycle including job advertising, creation of contracts, onboarding new employees, compliance checks, employee changes, and reporting.- Full-time permanent role based at Richmond Support Services office
- Provide direction, advice guidance and leadership support to the HR administration team members
- Monitor workloads and priorities and assist the team to manage and prioritise to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the team through changes
- Engage with key stakeholders to resolve and escalate issues (ie. payroll function, HR operational teams)
- Undertake job evaluations using the Mercer Job Evaluation Framework
- Oversee divisional reporting and monitoring of compliance (ie. visas, police checks, WWC, key personnel)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Relevant degree in HR or a related discipline
- Experienced team leader within a centralised HR services team in a complex environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to drive a customer service focus and operational excellence
