We’re looking for our next Human Resources guru in the making, you will have some experience with HR systems and an eagerness to learn and grow your HR career.

**About the role**:
As the HR Services and Systems Advisor, you’ll look after our HRIS (FlareHR) and play a key role in supporting the HR Services team across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their journey in the generalist HR space and is eager to learn and develop their skills with a growing business.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage our HRIS including: inbox management, data entry and creating process maps
- Managing the HR inbox - responding to queries efficiently or distributing to the relevant area of the People Department
- Reviews of employee visas, probation periods, licenses/qualifications
- Admin tasks including generating employee contracts and variations
- Coaching our managers and our stakeholder group in regards to employee relations matters
- Assisting in the design and execution of all people policies and procedures
- Assisting with the offboarding process, including exit surveys
- General support to the wider People Department

- Experience with systems ideally a HRIS and creating detailed process maps
- You’ve got bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- You’re confident with people and you’ve got a can-do attitude
- You like to find solutions to problems
- You’ve got strong written & verbal communication skills
- You consider yourself a bit of a wizard with MS Excel
