**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:Reporting to the Group HR Services Manager you will be responsible for leading the centralised HR Services team and leading the processes and systems that support our Health Services, Aged and Community Care and Support Services divisions.
- Full-time fixed term position, based at Support Services office Richmond/Hybrid
- Ensure a customer service focus and consistent delivery of services for HR transactional processes in line with policy requirements
- Build resource capability and provide support, guidance and coaching to team members
- Oversee and provide leadership on HR metrics, dashboards and cyclical reporting to support business decisions and ensure the highest standards of data integrity
- Ensure employee screening compliance obligations are being meet ie. AHPRA registration, National Criminal History Checks, Working with Children Checks, etc
- Oversee the existing HR systems, including governance, identification of enhancements and process improvements aligned to business needs
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A degree or Post Graduate Qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Experience in a similar role leading a centralised HR services function within a complex environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with the HR teams, payroll and other key stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to lead implementations and embed changes
- Experience in a Healthcare setting is desirable
