About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As a System Support Officer, you’ll use your technical and organisational skills and IT expertise needed for this role to support our Home Care team to achieve even more for all who need us.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effectively support the users of our systems.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.- Have strong technical knowledge to investigate system issues using methods such as system maintenance, configuration, database or BI extraction.- The technical skills to enable creation of workflows or more complex reports and configurations.- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in understanding and delivering on user requests.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check.
