Full time. $75-80k p.a. + Superannuation.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a local Strata Cleaning, Gardening and Lawn Mowing Company.

Position available for an individual experienced with great attention to detail who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer needs are met

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process quotes and communication and maintain customer records in system.
- Provide precise and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and service options.
- Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Managing staff providing the customer service.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- A 'can do' attitude.
- Can work in a fast paced, fun environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience and previous knowledge in Strata Cleaning, Gardening and Lawn mowing.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends.
