Surface Designs is a leading supplier of Rubber Softfall within the Australian Market. An exciting Sales/Customer Service Coordinator role has become available within our small friendly team based in Warriewood.

You will have the support of our Account Manager but can make this role your own while learning all aspects of operating a small business. This would be the perfect role for someone starting out in sale's.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Manage incoming queries with an emphasis on building strong relationships with our growing customer base as well as sourcing new customers
- Making business development calls to expand brand awareness
- Maintaining and updating our administration system
- You will work closely with the Account Manager preparing product presentations and attending client meetings
- Ensuring the company website is updated as required
- Ensure order's are tracked as they are shipped to Australia and stored in the warehouse
- Ordering, picking and packing in the warehouse

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Can do attitude
- Sales/business development experience an advantage
- Forklift licence would be an advantage

**Salary**: $44,809.01 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warriewood, NSW 2102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
