Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Join our client based at the Melbourne Airport as a Dispatch Coordinator.

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, including allocating drivers and vehicles, to ensure timely and safe delivery of freight to its destination. You will also be responsible for charting the route for the driver and ensuring that they adhere to the predetermined route. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking the movement of trucks and reporting appropriately to the manager and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift license
- Basic numeracy/literacy, excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks
- Plan/organize well, exercise sound judgment
