Dispatch Clerk

We are currently seeking a **Despatch Clerk **to assist our client, located in the **South-Eastern Suburbs** of Melbourne.
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and processing all documents for incoming and outgoing customer deliveries.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Checking and coordinating stock and support with stocktakes, stock movements of raw materials, and batch adjustments.
- Liaising with customers on missing and/or late freight issues.
- Daily close out of the works orders and recording of batch adjustments.
- Undertake other relevant tasks relating to dispatch & administration of dispatch.

**To be successful in these roles you will be expected to have**:

- Previous warehousing experience
- Availability to work full-time 38+ hours, Monday to Friday, day shift hours.
- Have your own car and driver's license.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
