Job Title: Transport Dispatch Coordinator - $45 per hour

Our client is a nationally recognised leader in retail hardware solutions, with a strong presence in the home improvement and DIY sectors. Known for delivering high-quality products and reliable service, we support both everyday consumers and trade professionals with practical, innovative solutions.

An exciting opportunity has opened up in thier Burnley corporate office for a Transport Dispatch Coordinator to join thier dynamic outbound transport team.

What's in it for you?

  • Ongoing work Monday to Friday
  • Pay rate: $45 per hour
  • Hours range from 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm and 12pm - 8pm with weekend work on offer
  • Supportive and inclusive team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Route and allocate delivery runs
  • Provide track and trace updates
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
  • Update and maintain accurate records of transport activities
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements
  • Problem solving and driver support

Requirements:

  • Understanding of timber and hardware home delivery sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer and time management skills
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
