**About this role**:
Home Instead believes wholeheartedly that our CAREGivers are the heart and soul of our business. With the recent federal award changes made to the Aged Care industry CAREGiver wages will continue to grow with the introduction of an increase in wages, including weekend rates, broken shift and continuous shifts allowances; to ensure CAREGivers are paid for their travel time.

As a CAREGiver, you will provide individual person-centred care to support people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. Services vary from 2 hours to 24 (live-in). You choose the hours/times that suit you. The clients we support live in the Lower North Shore and North West areas, including Neutral Bay, Mosman, Kirribilli, St Leonards, Riverview, Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Ryde, Oatlands, Eastwood, Ermington and Gladesville. We are seeking applicants who live or are willing to travel to these areas to support our clients. English speaking and Bi-lingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

**As a Home Instead CAREGiver you will provide**:

- Personal care to our clients, including companionship, domestic support, assistance with meal preparation, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
- Individualised care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual client
