**A state-of-the-art modern Aged Care facility based in Multiple locations across Western Sydney, operated by one of Australia's top Aged Care providers, is seeking Home Care Workers with a passion for working in Aged Care. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a role model in coordinating daily routines and following safe practice measures in medication management.
- Provide leadership, support, and supervision to other team members.
- Help promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
- Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with residents and co-workers.
- Maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
- Display a desire to take advantage of personal and professional
- Assisting with domestic duties and household chores including washing, ironing, vacuuming, dusting
- Preparation and cooking of meals
- Support with social support and encouraging engagement in social activities
- Leading personal care including showering, dressing, grooming
- Providing Transport - appointments, shopping and social outings

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker in Home Care or Disability
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable Vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
- An immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine
