**About the Role**

The Client Engagement Officer is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and facilitating referrals to the appropriate supports and services for NDIS participants. Working closely with clients, their families, and other service providers, you will play a key role in ensuring that each person receives the support they need to live a fulfilling life.
This role also involves contributing to marketing activities and outreach efforts to grow awareness of Sasa Care’s services and expand client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and coordinate referrals to mainstream, informal, and formal support services tailored to individual NDIS participant needs
- Provide and facilitate appropriate referral pathways as the primary focus of the role
- Support the implementation of services in alignment with participants’ goals and NDIS plans
- Build and maintain effective relationships with NDIA regional contacts, including Local Area Coordinators
- Liaise regularly with NSW Public Health, social workers, and support coordinators to ensure effective service coordination
- Maintain positive relationships with community organisations and clinical services to support seamless referrals
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote Sasa Care services and grow client engagement
- Contribute to social media, events, and community-based promotions, ensuring consistency with the brand’s values
- Meet service provision targets and performance KPIs
- Ensure all services meet quality standards and always represent Sasa Care in a professional and respectful manner

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector
- Experience in client engagement, support coordination, case management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Culturally sensitive, with the ability to work respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience or interest in marketing, social media, or community outreach (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NDIS-related platforms
- Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field (highly regarded)

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
