**About the Role**

This role will ensure that our referring partners are provided with an accurate and timely allocation of family support workers and contact workers to fulfil the needs of families in crisis, children, and young people.

This role will be responsible for locating relevant information regarding Family Support Workers to guarantee that proper matches are made with families in accordance with the identified outcomes of referring partners.

By maintaining open lines of communication, the individual in this role will be responsible for managing the expectations not just of families but also of referrers.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must have Tertiary Qualification (or working towards) in Community Services, Child Care, Social Work, Mental Health or Disability OR equivalent experience in customer services or a similar role, preferably within the Community Services or Family Services sector; Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for families and children with the ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.

You will be expected to work independently, as well as part of a team with ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
