Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Consultant and
Western Sydney Expansion Lead
at Regency Care, you will be a crucial player in our mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities while
driving our strategic expansion into the Western Sydney market
. This role involves working closely with clients and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to identify and implement the right assistive technology solutions, while
taking full ownership of building and growing our presence in Western Sydney
.

Key Responsibilities:
Western Sydney Market:
Take ownership, with the management team, and responsibility for growing Regency Care's presence in the Western Sydney region. Develop and execute market penetration strategies, identify key opportunities, and build our brand recognition in this crucial growth area.
OT Relationship Development & Outreach:
Own and drive the growth of Occupational Therapist relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Identify, engage, and cultivate partnerships with OTs across Western Sydney to expand our professional network and referral base.
Business Development:
Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Western Sydney market. Drive growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and innovative approaches to client acquisition.
Specialist Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain deep specialist knowledge of assistive technology products, with particular expertise in
seating solutions, mobility aids, and complex assistive devices
. Become the go-to expert for specialised equipment needs and complex client requirements.
Client and OT Collaboration:
Engage with OTs and clients to fully understand their needs and challenges. Build empathetic relationships, ensuring every interaction aligns with our value of Listen Well.
Client Engagement:
Demonstrate a genuine commitment to clients by actively listening and responding to their needs. Apply Acknowledge Every Single One by recognising each client's unique situation and ensuring their needs are addressed.
Consultative Sales:
Use a consultative approach to identify and solve problems with tailored solutions. Apply Sweat the Details to ensure every aspect of the client's requirements is carefully considered and addressed.

Read the room and adapt your approach based on feedback from clients and OTs. Be an effective problem solver, tackling challenges with creativity and resourcefulness while maintaining a positive and reassuring demeanor that embodies Deliver Joy.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the assistive technology or healthcare sectors, with a focus on working with Occupational Therapists
- Strong business development background with demonstrated success in market expansion or territory development
- Specialist knowledge of seating solutions, mobility equipment, and complex assistive technology applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and address client challenges effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and grow professional relationships
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in outreach, networking, and relationship building within healthcare settings
- Compassionate, with a genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities
- Understanding of the assistive technology industry and healthcare landscape
