Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to join the business and manage their large accounts across Grocery, P&C and Foodservice. Working across snacking and grab and go categories, this NAM will need to be resilient, attentive, and willing to work within a fast paced and agile environment, where no day is the same. This dynamic role incorporates, but not limited to:
- Achieving Sales budget, margins and KPI’s
- Working closely with NPD, logistic and supply chain to resolve any issues that come up on a day-to-day basis
- Use data analytics to manage promotional calendar, seasonal products and to form sales and forecasting reports.
- Winning new briefs with Coles and other customers.
- Work with internal stakeholder such as, warehouse managers, site/factory managers and logistic managers to ensure product delivery is delivered on time.
You will manage the Coles relationships, through end-to-end customer management via.
- Leading tenders, range reviews, pricing, sales and reporting.
- NPD launches, product replacement and category management
- New Business development (MSO’s, HORECA, Catering, Airlines, Events etc)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure impeccable customer service.
To be successful in the role:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer centric approach
- ‘Can do attitude’
- Experience working cross functionally and managing multiple demanding tasks simultaneously
- Working in a hands-on role across P&C, Foodservice, Coles express or WW metro would be ideal
- Strong data analytical skills
- Track record being on new business and developing accounts.
