We have a great opportunity for an energetic and results oriented National Account Manager to join our Endeavour Drinks National Accounts team working on the Dan Murphy’s Account. Managing the Craft Beer portfolio, you will partner with our market leading craft partners (Balter, Mountain Goat, 4 Pines, Pirate Life, Green Beacon and Matilda Bay) and our retailer to grow our brands and the craft beer category by striving to better meet the need of todays and tomorrow’s craft beer drinkers.
Working within a close-knit Endeavour Account team you will be responsible for delivering profit, revenue & other performance targets for us and our retailer and our craft partners, across our craft beer portfolio. A team player, who is consumer and category lead with strong financial acumen, you will have multiple internal and external stakeholders and will be required to articulate multiple business priorities into simple, strategic, executable business plans.

This role provides great opportunity to grow your career within the Endeavour Account team, our Craft Partners, the broader CUB business, CUB Premium Beverages (CUBPB) or the broader Asahi group, including Asahi Lifestyle Beverages.
**Key responsibilities include**
- Manage the relationship with the customer and their key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration & alignment between our businesses, including Craft Partners
- Engage with primary customer contact to conduct joint business planning
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as category, innovation and our Craft Partners to identify new opportunities, create new categories and accelerate growth
- Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual goals and objectives including those of our brands and craft partners
- Build effective long-term relationships with external and internal customers by understanding their key business drivers & requirements
- Embed high performance standards and a culture of shared learning across the team and across teams
**About You**
You’re a forward thinking and collaborative individual who is experienced in managing large National accounts within the FMCG, Liquor or similar industries. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of successfully developing and executing joint category plans
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and experience in customer-facing roles
- Analytical capability to identify insights and turn into action
- Strength in verbal communication and delivering quality presentations
- Strong resilience with the ability to succeed in a driven environment
