Join the team at Allied Relocations, a provider of household relocation services, as a full-time Internal Sales Coordinator based in Dandenong South, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our sales activities and office administration.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and provide timely and professional responses to clients
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and client site visits
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, would advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Professional written and verbal communication
