Do you want to reach and engage consumers on social media for **Australia’s favourite breakfast Weet-Bix**? If this sounds like you, we are looking a Social Media Manager expert to manage social media strategy, facilitate content plans, media investment and reporting of ROI. This role is a **12mth fixed term contract** period in support of maternity leave vacancy in the Sanitarium inhouse agency team.

**The role**
- Be accountable for the strategy, quality of programs, resourcing and return on investment of Social Media programs.
- Manage and leverage the strategic media partnerships with Meta and TikTok to gain incremental benefit for our brands.
- Use ROI analysis, benchmarks and industry best practice to develop our people and social media presence.
- Develop and maintain guidelines on social media best practice.

**About you**
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred.
- 5+ years experience managing digital communications activity with creative and technical teams delivering solutions including: digital media buying & optimising, social content management, websites, consumer engagement, digital video. Leadership experience managing a social media team is also essential.
- Solid, proven experience of producing and executing social campaigns. This requires knowledge of online media metrics and planning. Sound operational knowledge of Meta and TikTok essential. Management experience desirable but not essential.
