This is not your typical social media job. You'll be the voice and creative pulse of Healthyroo across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond. You'll plan, shoot, write, post, and analyse content — all while keeping the brand's tone and storytelling at the centre of everything you do.

What You'll Do

Design & Content Creation

  • Create authentic, scroll-stopping short-form videos and photography that reflect Healthyroo's brand and values
  • Develop visual stories that connect product benefits with lifestyle moments
  • Keep our feed consistent yet fresh — balancing brand identity with new trends

Social Media Management

  • Plan and schedule weekly content across multiple platforms
  • Write engaging captions and manage community interaction
  • Stay ahead of social trends while maintaining brand direction
  • Manage posting, engagement, and performance analytics

Creative Strategy & Initiative

  • Bring ideas to the table — we want someone proactive, not reactive
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop mini-campaigns and creative experiments to keep the brand dynamic
  • Take ownership of Healthyroo's social identity and ensure everything we post has purpose

Campaigns & Email

  • Collaborate on new product launches — tie together visuals, stories, and email campaigns for a seamless customer journey
  • Assist with email design, automation flows, and campaign coordination where needed

Teamwork & Growth

  • Work alongside our marketing and product team to align all communications
  • Support and eventually help guide creative contributors, influencers, or editors
  • Grow with the brand as we scale nationally and internationally

About You

You're a natural creator who understands both the art and science of social media. You think visually, write creatively, and love the feeling of bringing an idea to life from concept to post. You're curious, driven, and genuinely care about wellness and storytelling.

You'll bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
  • Strong creative instincts — confident in shooting, editing, and being on camera
  • Understanding of what makes content perform — not just look good
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
  • Organised approach to planning and reporting
  • A positive, adaptable, and hands-on attitude
