We have two Paid Media Exec roles up for grabs

We're Australia's leading Brandformance agency, successfully wiring together the art and creativity of brand building with the science of performance marketing. We're pretty good at it too – okay, we're really good at it – taking home B&T Independent Agency of The Year, AdNews Digital Agency of The Year, and Campaign Asia Specialist, Social, and Content Agency of The Year. And in February this year, we snagged the highly coveted AdNews Employer Of The Year.

We're also home to some of Australia's most loved brands - including Pizza Hut, Red Bull, Peters Ice Cream, The ICONIC, Boost Mobile, Georg Jensen, and Indeed. At 35 Wiredos strong, we're big enough to pack a serious punch, but small enough that we actually know each other's coffee orders. THE ROLE:

We're looking for TWO paid media frothers who get genuinely excited about brandformance (generating and converting demand), CTRs and creative testing. You'll be the wizard behind campaigns for some of the world's best brands.

What you'll do:

  • 40% Campaign implementation & optimisation (the techy bits)
  • 20% Reporting and insights development (big brain energy)
  • 15% Budget management & pacing (the nerdy parts)
  • 15% Copywriting support (worth-smith sorcery)
  • 10% Client relationship management (the funnest stuff...)

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1-2 years paid media experience across paid social, paid search, and ideally programmatic media buying
  • Agency side essential
  • Strong Meta platform expertise + experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit preferred
  • Strong Google Ads experience across all ad formats
  • eCommerce campaign experience is essential
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Google Analytics experience is your bread and butter
  • In-depth performance reporting experience
