As our Psychology practice continues to grow, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for an **Administrator** to join our reception team at Central Coast Therapy Centre.

About the Role

You'll play a key part in supporting our team and clients through a range of administrative and reception duties. Your role will involve managing the intake and allocation of new clients, as well as assisting with the day-to-day running of the practice.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling and diary management
- Client intake and allocation
- Payment processing
- Using online platforms for client and practice management
- Able to work 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday

For the right applicant, there’s also the chance to get involved in:

- Content creation for our website and blog / social media development
- Community engagement
- Other creative and practice management projects

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new platforms
- Initiative and problem-solving for admin processes

- Interest in psychology, mental health, or client care
- Experience in customer service or the community/health sector
- A flair for writing or digital content creation

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
