**The Role**

Due to the increase in demand for our products and continued growth internationally, an exciting opportunity exists in our dynamic Export team for an Assistant Brand Manager - International. You will work closely with the Brand Manager, developing and executing key activations and marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the Sanitarium product portfolios and build brand awareness across key Export markets.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

- Formulating and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth across identified key markets
- Liaising with external agencies to review and approve social media content
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally
- Effectively engaging and collaborating with various cross-functional teams
- Developing and executing creative go-to-market strategies
- Implementing marketing campaigns and key objectives
- Project managing product packaging
- Monitoring and analysing our digital presence
- Analysis and Research projects
- Some international travel may be required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communication/Business
- Confidence to think strategically and analytically
- Basic financial understanding and competency in budget management
- Strong campaign planning skills
- Time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
