**The Role**
This role will focus on the Alternative Dairy Co (ADC) brand. We are sourcing someone with a love of cafe culture and capturing the people and stories behind it. You will need to be up to date with current trends, the social landscape and cafe culture. We are looking for a lover of coffee and all things cafe. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure multiple deadlines are met. The role will also include the daily management of the brands social calendar and meetings. You must have a can do attitude with an openness to take on feedback from all stakeholders
- The successful applicant will demonstrate strong design capabilities. Good use of composition, layout and typography skills with an eye for translating that to the social space.
- Skills in Video, Animation, Photography desirable.
- Accountable for high quality content that adheres to and expands on current brand style guides.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to deliver creative assets in line with briefing requirements and manage development process from start to finish.
- Ability to work within a Digital strategy to align to key content pillars.
- Ensure continuity and delivery of material as required.
- Improve process efficiency and effectiveness where appropriate.
- Assist the Studio Manager as needed.
- Collaborate with the Studio team to support broader team projects.
- Accountable for the delivery of social assets and scheduling.
- Working collaboratively with the Digital team for adequate posting and scheduling of content.
**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years industry experience in a design or social media role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects skill desirable.
- Basic Photo and Video editing.
- Ability to operate autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Being open minded and ability to think outside of the box, push the boundaries to improve execution and bring ideas to the table.
