**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Team Leader, Child and Youth Mental Health Services will be:
Accountable for all operational and managerial aspects and leadership of the multi-disciplinary child and youth mental health team.
Demonstrating a high level of clinical knowledge and skill to ensure effective service delivery within the speciality area of the CYMHS unit.
**The Team Leader (Nurse Manager) role will be**:
Accountable for all operational and managerial aspects and leadership of the multidisciplinary team of child and youth mental health.
Demonstrating a high level of clinical knowledge and skill to ensure effective service delivery within the speciality area of the child and youth mental health services.
Provide expert clinical and operational leadership and expertise in strategic, operational, and human resource management utilising a well-developed level of clinical knowledge, problem solving skills and experience of complex contemporary clinical practice standards to ensure optimal clinical outcomes for consumers.
