**About the Company**
This provider of Agricultural supplies and products across Australia is growing and looking for an experienced Logistics Manager. Situated in the Castle Hill area this organisation is offering a full time opportunity to work in this thriving industry.

As a National Logistics Manager, you will be required to arrange, coordinate and manage daily logistics moments between multiple warehouses and customers.

**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager this is a role is responsible for:

- Warehouse operations of 6 warehouses across Australia and New Zealand
- Staff training and development, change management where required
- Build on customer operational relationship
- Development reporting for the team
- Profit & loss responsibility
- Cost control & personnel resource management
- Customer billing
- Ensuring purchase orders are created and maintained
- Maintaining customer files
- Tracking shipments
- Completing monthly forecasts
- Ensure cycle counting schedule is completed each month

**About you**
You are a self-starter with outstanding communication skills high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Experience within FMCG and Supply Chain and Logistics environment
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- High attention to detail
- Be highly motivated and have the ability to work on multiple demands
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A proven track record leading & managing teams
- Previous experience managing logistics operations and liaising with a 3PL environment
- Comfortable with P&L
- Previous experience in managing customer contracts and service expectations (Australian and overseas)
- Experience in local distribution
- Experience with SAP advantageous
