**The Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join our great team and assist to drive our Group business success.

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for the marketing initiatives for a portfolio of companies within Questas Group.

We seek someone who is an excellent generalist marketer, as well as being a great collaborator and stakeholder manager. You’ll need to be skilled and experienced, have excellent time management and be able to easily translate client requests into effective and professional marketing projects.

Our Marketing team is fun, friendly and down-to-earth. We are wanting to add an experienced and confident marketer capable of supporting our Group companies with their diverse and evolving marketing needs. This role will be one that will keep you interested, engaged and busy. There is lots of variety and working with different companies means no two days are the same.

Within this role you will;
- Plan, develop and implement successful marketing, branding and promotional programs within agreed budgets
- Project manage major projects (campaigns, product launches, mergers and acquisitions, trade shows, etc)
- Work closely with Group Head of Marketing and Marketing Team to develop marketing ideas, collateral, campaigns and more
- Manage production of digital communications and marketing (eg. newsletters, social media posts, website content, product catalogues, brochures, flyers, direct mail, etc)
- Use data and insights to make decisions and inform strategy
- Prepare, manage and control budgets
- Be responsible for a broad range of brand and marketing activities and content development - including advertising, social media, SEM, website and internal communications, blogs, campaigns, trade shows, company events, etc
- Liaise with stakeholders to build strong relationships and effectively execute their marketing requests

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will possess;
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar Marketing role
- Demonstrated experience as a generalist marketer
- Demonstrated experience producing content
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Highly developed copywriting, verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Excellent time management and general administrative skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities without compromising attention to detail
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, with relevant offline and digital marketing skills
- Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative, and proactively problem solve
