You will be responsible for the entire marketing function, strategies, budgets, and plan for all brands. Provide advice on all things marketing, be a multi-tasker, a team player, humble, be self-motivated, accountable and have a genuine passion and energy to drive this dynamic business forward. Generate sales opportunities for the business, build brand awareness and always aim to improve the reputation of the brands in the market place. Monitor conversion ratios and focus marketing activities in those areas that get the best results.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire digital marketing strategy and direction for all brands
- Write and develop all digital schedules
- Maintain the digital marketing budget
- Write content when required
- Post on all social media weekly
- Manage all the creative requirements of the business including the messaging and the direction of the brands
- Build relationships with digital agencies
- Develop web site maps and content when required
- Ensure that all digital content is relevant and legal
- Oversee and manage the entire traditional marketing strategies and schedule
- Manage, negotiate and build relationships with all relevant healthcare media
- Manage, arrange, schedule, negotiate and attend all trade shows across Australia
- Attend relevant networking functions and industry body events and meetings to build brand relationships and build awareness
- Write any presentations and lectures as is required for events and conferences
- Manage all campaigns from start to finish
- Develop names, positioning lines and strategies for future businesses as required
- Report on leads - analyse and make executive decisions based on the statistics
- Develop, write and manage the marketing plan for the Group.
- Negotiate with all suppliers to ensure that costs for all marketing is competitive
- Develop and manage the content and promotions for the businesses

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Salary**: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
