**About Us**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced full-time/part-time Executive Assistant to join the team at our Camberwell support office. This role will provide high level administration support to the General Manager of Strategy and Delivery to ensure the effective and efficient running of this Business Unit.

The exciting opportunity would suit a seasoned Executive Assistant who has a wealth of experience providing a wide range of executive, secretarial and administrative support to Senior and Executive Leadership.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to)**:

- Preparation of various reports including the monthly Board Report
- Preparation and management of business presentations
- Provide exceptional financial management assistance with budgets and expenditure
- Processing of invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure the compliance of policies and procedures are always adhered to
- Coordination of international, interstate and state based travel for broader team
- Support the business and teams through organisational change
- Manage distribution and reconciliation of all company credit cards
- Effective coordination of company events, conferences and functions
- Ad-hoc administration support and project support as required

**About you**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administration Support role
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies is desirable
- Tertiary studies in a Business Related discipline would be advantageous
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships at all levels
- Experience with diary management, travel and credit card reconciliations
- Previous experience with events management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- High level of confidentiality.
