This is a perfect position for a Digital Marketing Manager, in particular a gun at performance marketing, looking to step up into an integral leadership position. **The role**:

- Overseeing the performance and success of 4-6 direct reports in the social media and paid search space.
- Reviewing current processes and strategies, ensuring maximised return on investment across portfolios, effective staff operations and succinct reporting methods.
- Working hands-on across the largest client portfolios in the SEM/Paid Ads space.
- Documenting all data and insights within company CRM channel.

**Your experience**:

- Ideally 4+ years of Paid Social campaign experience, particularly heavy on the Facebook and Google front.
- Exposure to a a range of industries
- previous roles in digital agency environments favoured, not essential.
- Proven ability to lead a small team of direct reports,
- A strong background utilising funnel strategies such as webinar and VL.
