JDP has partnered with a Gold Coast based law firm who have a rich history and who pride themselves on delivering outstanding results. They're seeking a
**Digital Marketing Specialist** to help grow a robust online presence, drive targeted traffic, and position them as a leader in the legal industry.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimising digital marketing strategy, collaborating closely with their marketing team to develop and implement innovative campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and maximise conversions. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will constantly monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Design, development and execution of paid campaigns across all channels including Facebook & Google.
- Working with the wider marketing team to hit predefined ROI.
- Regularly testing advertising creatives and ad copies for all the paid channels and reporting on findings that will improve future outcomes
- Collate, analyse, optimise and produce timely and insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.

**About you**:

- Passion for the Digital Marketing space.
- Ideally 2-5 years of paid search/social experience, particularly heavy Google and Social front.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and ad spends accordingly.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with Hubspot, Webflow/WordPress & GA4.
- Lastly but most importantly, a good attitude and willingness to learn.
