Do you have experience working for bricks and mortar and eComm businesses in a marketing lead role?

This could be the role you are looking for
- Managing a team of five, lead marketing activities across offline and instore advertising as well as social media and digital campaigns. Develop strategies and campaigns to help establish the brand engagement in market.

**What will you do?**
- Execute end-to-end management of marketing projects and campaigns - locally and nationally - develop concepts, produce creative, and implementation across digital and traditional platforms.
- Lead the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns incorporating traditional, digital and content marketing strategies.
- Development of the yearly marketing budget, including planning our advertising and marketing schedule for the year ahead
- Review web analytics and AdWords campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports.
- Manage third party agency relationships.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

**About you**
- You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
- Proven ability to establish and implement marketing initiatives and plans that meet the strategy within budget and deadlines.
- Proven leadership ability
- You will be a hands-on leader with experience across multiple marketing channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
