They are currently searching for an exceptional Digital Marketing Specialist who can help drive their online presence to new heights, attract targeted traffic, and position them as a frontrunner in the legal industry.

In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in executing and optimising their digital marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with their dynamic marketing team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative campaigns that enhance brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and maximise conversions. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging these insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Designing, developing, and executing paid campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook and Google.
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to achieve predefined ROI targets.
- Regularly conducting tests on advertising creatives and ad copies across paid channels, and leveraging findings to enhance future outcomes.
- Collecting, analysing, optimising, and producing insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns. These reports will serve as a foundation for influencing future digital activities.

**About you**:

- You possess a true passion for the Digital Marketing space.
- Ideally, you have 2-5 years of experience in paid search and social, with a particular focus on Google and various social media platforms.
- You have a proven ability to manage substantial budgets and allocate ad spends effectively.
- Exceptional project management skills and a talent for effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with Hubspot, Webflow/WordPress, and GA4.
- Above all, you possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
