We are scaling quickly, targeting record sales for 2025 and preparing for the new era of digital discovery powered by AI and generative search.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our driven marketing team.You will work alongside an in house marketing team plus external agencies to own the performance side of our digital marketing.What You Will DoPerformance MarketingManage paid campaigns across Google Meta Bing and other emerging AI driven ad formatsScale high performing campaigns while controlling CPA, maintaining a strong ROAS whilst monitoring MERSEO and GEO (with agency support)Partner with our SEO and GEO agency to shape strategy set KPIs and ensure execution delivers commercial outcomesEnsure Kiva is visible not just in search engines but in generative answer engines through structured content conversational queries and schemaAnalytics and ReportingOwn the performance tracking stack including GA4 Triple Whale Klaviyo and server side trackingDeliver clear reports that link spend to revenue and profitConversion and Funnel OptimisationCollaborate with our CRO and web manager to improve landing pages funnels and customer journeysUse data to identify bottlenecks and opportunitiesCollaboration and LeadershipWork closely with our marketing team to align digital performance with brand strategyManage agency relationships and hold them accountable to ROIMarket IntelligenceTrack competitor activity digital marketing trends and shifts in AI driven discoveryRecommend proactive steps to keep Kiva Wellness aheadWhat You Will Bring3+ years experience in digital marketing ideally ecommerceProven ability to manage and optimise large paid budgetsStrong understanding of SEO and some experience with analytics GEO and AI search exposure is a plusConfidence working with agencies and translating their work into business growthCommercial mindset with focus on revenue and profit not just clicksCollaborative approach and ability to work with brand CRO content and designWhy Join Kiva WellnessImpact: Take ownership of digital growth in a multi million dollar brandCollaboration: Work within a motivated marketing team covering brand CRO content and designInnovation: Lead the way in AI era marketing with investment in GEO and new ad formatsGrowth: Opportunity to progress as we expand into further overseasPackageVery Competitive base salary + performance bonusHybrid working (Gold Coast HQ + flexibility)Wellness benefits including full access to Kiva productsApply now with your Resume, cover letter and a short example of a digital campaign you led that delivered measurable growth.Applications close on 26th September, due to expected high volumes, only successful applicants will be contacted.
