We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Account Manager** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record of managing client accounts, and a deep understanding of the Australian health and fitness market.
**Position Overview**:As a **Digital Marketing Account Manager**, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver results. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, strategizing marketing initiatives, and overseeing campaign performance. Your role is to bridge the gap between the client’s goals and our creative team’s execution, ensuring that every campaign drives measurable success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring their goals are understood and achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, strategists, and designers) to execute client campaigns effectively and on time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates, reports, and insights to ensure ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and recommend new strategies or services to meet their objectives.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially within the fitness, health, and wellness sectors, to ensure our clients remain competitive.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing proactive solutions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing for the fitness, health, or wellness industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Has worked with a Digital Marketing Agency
- Previous experience working with fitness or allied health professionals, gyms, or wellness brands.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian market and consumer behavior.
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with SEO and website optimization is a bonus.
