**Role Overview**:
The **Junior Back Office (Payments)** role is responsible for processing and verifying financial transactions, ensuring smooth payment operations, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position involves handling client deposits, withdrawals, and payment-related inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to resolve transaction issues efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly and accurately manage payments and process client cash, ledgers, and hedging activity.
- Manage payment data from payment service providers, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments.
- Assist with continuous improvement in reporting processes, procedure improvements, and system automation.
- Work with multiple collaboration platforms, such as Slack, Zendesk, and Google Chat.

**About You**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Ideally, you have an interest in the markets and have medium to advanced Excel skills. However, a degree in accounting, economics, or finance will not be overlooked. You will also have strong customer service skills and be able to demonstrate excellent reconciliation and data management skills.
