Lotus Dining Group has 6 restaurants across Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs boasting modern Chinese cuisine, delicious dumplings, award wining wine lists and sophisticated signature cocktails. We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager junior bartenders or back backs to join our professional team at two of our beautiful CBD locations.

We seek people with:
Previous experience working in fast paced restaurant, bars, driven, passion, dedication & an exceptional work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Great team player. A genuine love of working in a bar.
