**Hawksworth have partnered with a Major Wealth Management Company and are looking to on-board a Junior Payroll Officer. This is a 6 month contract and will be based in Sydney, CBD.**

As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure the highest standard of payroll services and assist with the company’s accounting function.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assist Payroll Officers with raising invoices and distributing to clients
- Upload Invoices to Client portals
- Process contractor expense claims
- Process smaller Payrolls end to end
- Assist with Monthly & Quarterly Client reporting
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

**Qualifications**
- At least one years of office or payroll experience
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and multitask. You are process-driven
- You are a team player and always putting your hand up to assist others
- Experience with Excel skills and Microsoft Office is essential for your success in this role
- Oracle experience will be an added advantage
