Forestway Fresh is a highly regarded premium food retail destination based in Terry Hills, NSW. We are looking for a capable and motivated Office Junior to join our team.  This role is ideal for someone who has already developed foundational skills in office operations and is ready to take on more responsibility in bookkeeping, HR support and administration.  You'll be a key contributor to the smooth running of the business and will work closely with management and team members across departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage data entry of financial transactions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts and payments with a focus on supplier invoice management
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding new staff, including document preparation
  • Handle phone and direct inquiries professionally
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and assist with store operations, as required

About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office support role and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. To be considered for this role its important you can demonstrate the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in an office support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of MYOB would be favourable
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
