**About the Role**

Reporting into the Recruitment Leader ANZ, this role will support the team to enable best practise and agile and innovative sourcing strategies attracting quality active and passive job seekers to current and potential future Operational Branch Network vacancies across Australia and New Zealand.

The Recruitment Lead will play an integral role as an expert and trusted advisor to provide the Reece Group Operations Network high-volume end to end recruitment expertise on all aspects of the hiring process ensuring strategic long term high-performing, high potential people are appointed to enable future success and drive the business forward.

**What can you expect**
- Support in the development and lead the implementation of the Reece Group Volume Recruitment Strategy for Operations across ANZ.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Recruitment Specialists on best practice recruitment to successfully source and appoint diverse talent across the Branch Network.
- Partner Hiring Managers in all aspects of recruitment and selection; Lead the recruitment and assessment efforts for search initiatives that includes pre-planning, interviews, and assessments, debrief final selection, and provide recommendations that position Reece Group to grow in strength.
- Proactively identify and monitor local dynamic labour market trends and map key talent across our competitors or transferable / like businesses to understand ‘who’s who’ in the market.
- Educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and Reece recruitment philosophy, policy, and process.
- Ensure all recruitment and sourcing investments demonstrate a return on investment.

**About You**
- Recruitment Leadership experience you will have led a team of recruiters within a large, high volume and fast paced, complex, multi-site / location and growing business.
- With 10+ years of experience you will have strong knowledge of contemporary Recruitment and HR practices, together with the demonstrated success in the design and implementation of a strategic high volume recruitment strategy.
- You are an experienced team lead that enjoys and has strength in mentoring a team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers, delivering full life cycle and cross functional recruitment, sourcing and appointing talent across a high volume, complex, diverse portfolio.
